• Reservation information: your name, email, how many knives you want, and any message you write.

• Basic website data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and the website you came from, collected through site analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use it to process and ship your order, send order updates, tell you when orders open if you reserved, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We send marketing emails only if you sign up for them, and every email lets you opt out.

We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the store: our shipping carrier, our website host and database providers (Vercel and Supabase), our email provider, and our analytics tool. We do not sell your personal information.
