Where we ship: Within the United States only. We do not ship to addresses where we believe selling or shipping this knife is not allowed.
Processing time: Made to order. Ships within 7 to 10 business days.
Cost: Flat rate of $7.00 per order.
Carrier and tracking: We ship by tracked mail. You will get an email with tracking when your order ships.
Address: Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot change it after the order ships.
Delays: If your order will ship later than we said, we will email you with the new date and let you cancel for a full refund.
Damaged or lost packages: If your package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will help sort it out.
Returns
Return window: You may ask for a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition. Please do not sharpen, alter, or carve into it before returning.
How to start: Email 2outdoordudes@gmail.com with your order number. We will tell you where to send it. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Return shipping: You pay to ship the item back, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items: We will repair, replace, or refund the item, your choice, at no cost to you.
Refunds: Once we receive and check the return, we refund you. It can take several business days to arrive.
Cancellations: You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible.
