1. About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from 2 Outdoor Dudes ("we," "us," "our") through 2outdoordudes.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally allowed to buy and own a knife where you live.

3. Your responsibility for local laws

Knife laws differ between states, cities, and countries, including rules about blade length and how a knife may be carried. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live and where you carry the knife. We ship only within the United States. We may cancel and fully refund an order if we believe the sale or shipment is not allowed.

4. Our products

Our knives and sheaths are made by hand. Small differences in finish, color, wood grain, or print pattern are normal. Images on the site are for illustration and may differ slightly from what you receive. Sizes are approximate.

5. Prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.

6. Accepting orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or a shipping restriction. If we cancel an order, we refund you in full.

7. Shipping and delivery

See our Shipping and Returns page. Delivery times we give are estimates. We are responsible for your package until the carrier delivers it. If tracking shows your package was delivered and you did not receive it, contact us.

8. Taxes

We collect sales tax where the law requires it. Any tax is shown at checkout.

9. Safe use

A knife is a sharp tool. It is for adult use only and must be kept away from children. Use it only for lawful purposes. Use the sheath to carry it. Do not use the knife for prying, throwing, or any purpose it was not designed for. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, modification, or using the product in a way it was not designed for.

10. Workmanship guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund it. This does not cover normal wear, rust or damage from lack of care, misuse, or changes made by you. Except as stated here, and to the extent the law allows, our products are sold without other warranties. Some states do not allow limits on certain warranties, so this may not apply to you.

11. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Some states do not allow these limits, so this may not apply to you.

12. Our content

The site’s text, images, designs, and the name 2 Outdoor Dudes belong to us. Please do not copy them without permission.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Reservations

A reservation is a request to be told when orders open. It is not a purchase, it does not charge you, and it does not guarantee a knife. You can ask us to remove your reservation at any time.
